National Center on Shaken Baby Syndrome International Advisory Board 2007-2008
"The International Board is made up of an international group that includes physicians, law enforcement and a parent who has been touched by SBS. These professionals are some of the worldwide leaders in the field of SBS clinical care and research.
They give their time, energy, and insights to the NCSBS on a volunteer basis. Despite their enormously busy lives and other commitments, they have served on the IAB without remuneration because they believe so strongly in the mission but also in the NCSBS itself. This year members of the IAB have volunteered to give educational sessions somewhere in the United States or Canada on behalf of the NCSBS and donate their honorarium to the Center."
